As a mixed neighborhood of young family professionals and retirees Grand Haven has the ability to fulfill everyone's need. Located in Melbourne, Florida we are only an hour from Orlando & Disney, 2 and 1/2 hours from either Jacksonville, Ft. Lauderdale / Miami as well as Tampa and to top it off we are located along the Eastern Seaboard of Florida which provides a great beach style living with a small-town feeling.
